I don’t understand how could a commentator saying Shaun has never played better than before his previous wins … they are as magnificent as each other. Can’t it be commented in a more directly positive way? Sounds like it’s an issue by outplaying the previous matches

Al-mac is correct, Shaun is most definitely wearing the yellow jumper in the race to the 2023 WSC. Ron is the darkest dark horse though I have ever watched, Ron can produce quality and break size "TO order" and on cue whenever he requires.
Winning a trophy is a recognition, but in this final match, Murphy is recognized in different dimensions.. accuracy and attitude. Carter is a nice player, but today, he was becoming lost repeatedly by observing the accuracy and attitude of Murphy. Tomorrow may be the different result, but today Murphy gives us a beautiful moment.. he not only wins the trophy but hearts and minds of all snooker lovers.
As a massive trump fan i truly believe when judd & Murphy finally retire,Murphy will have more major titles than judd,but judd will have more ranking titles than Murphy.I'll be happy if judd over takes higgins 31 ranking titles! As for Ronnie's 39 and Hendry's 36 don't know how much more they will win!👌
If he plays that, there will be no one who can live with him. However, that sort of form doesn’t transfer easily from one tournament to another ; look back to John Higgins at same tournament in 21 when he looked untouchable.
