Good morning again from Texas, a shout-out for you, I have been doing step aerobics 28 more year, but you’re cueing is amazing 😉, it’s too difficult for you because your right is my left but you still can cues perfect 👌, thank you very much for amazing 😉 step ❤️🙏
I love your class. Please post more!
Loving your advanced step classes in Utah! I even love how your kids interupt. It's just real life! 😉 Your voice is clear and the music is great.
I haven't done step in more than 5 years, but being stuck at home sent me looking for something I could do with the equipment I had.
Your cueing is perfect and I've been able to keep up like I never stopped. Please add more advanced step classes!
Great workout… sweating my butt off!!
Thanks Giana – you are *THE BEST*!!!
THANKS for uploading your routines, which has been GREAT during the COVID-19 crisis with the health clubs closed. Moreover, Step has become a lost art, so it's hard to find Step instructors, let alone advanced ones.
I have some requests:
**Could you incorporate more cardio intensity (without jumping or high impact) such as going across the step, length-wise, 20 – 30 times (as "one move" in a routine) which would be repeated multiple times throughout the session. Meaning, we'd be going over the step length-wise probably 100+ times in a 50 min session. It could also be a 5 – 10 min part of where you focus on cardio intensity (no real routine, perhaps one or two moves done in that time). It's purpose is to really get our heart rates up.
**Could you offer more cardio-intense options (not jumping/high impact) for some of your lower intensity moves, such as what you call "tick-tock" (the 4 taps at the end of each bench). Where I'm working out, I have hard floors, which do not give and are not good for the joints while jumping; yet, I would appreciate more cardio intensity (get my heart rate up &/or use my muscles more).
Thank you again for your amazing step , I did step aerobics for a long time (28 years) , but you made me think 🤔 to remember your step , a shout-out for Elliot ❤️🙏
I just want to say how happy I am that I have discovered you! I have been a step fanatic for years and just love your workouts! I don't want to repeat all the other comments which are spot on, but thank you for your fun and varied choreography…please keep the routines coming!!!!
