I guess I'm not getting how XRP is positioned as being used for this despite the fact that the document shown at 00:27 which has the word Ripple highlighted, is actually saying that both Ripple and Stellar "were ruled out because of the need for permissioning and privacy for interbank payment use cases which neither public protocol supports". I realize that this is from the Saudi Central Bank and the video is about Italian banks, but highlighting "Ripple" in that particular document indicates the bad news in my view.
